A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I grew up in Pondicherry, India, and my passion for photography was inspired by my father, who owned a 1970s Canon film DSLR. As a child, I would often sneak his camera to take random, unframed photos, which he eventually discovered when developing the negatives. Today, I’m a professional photographer who deeply values the people I meet, the places I visit, the unconventional hours I work, and the spontaneity that every shoot brings. With my collection of modern equipment, I’m delighted to now teach my father about the wonders of digital photography.
EXPERIENCE
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication from SRM University, Chennai, and a Postgraduate degree in Professional Photography from Light & Life Academy, Ooty. With 15 years of experience both domestically and internationally, I have worked as a freelance photographer across various genres. A significant part of my career includes serving as a professional photographer with Carnival Cruise Line, USA, where I continue to work today.
